C.I.C.C. : Article XXVII : Aditional protocols |
| Any State Party may submit for the consideration
of other States Parties meeting at a General Assembly of the Organization
of American States draft additional protocols to this Convention
to contribute to the attainment of the purposes set forth in Article
II thereof. Each additional protocol shall establish the terms for
its entry into force and shall apply only to those States that become
Parties to it. |
