Former member of Expert Group which wrote, at Organization of American States, the Interamerican Convention Against Corruption.

Member of Interamerican Bar Association, an organization headquartered in Washington D.C. which joins lawyers from all the Hemisphere.

Honorary Member of Inter-American Academy and Comparative Law.

He was the only one from his country invited to the "First World Conference on Ethics in Government" which was organized by the United States Office of Government Ethics and the United States Information Agency.
