Free Trade

Free trade may be very beneficial for the peoples but it demands decentralization of the economic power, fair competition and transparency in the governments procedures.

For achieving this goals the international community is organizing itself by means of multilateral agreements and global instruments.

The principal agency for that purpose is the World Trade Organization but all the international institutions and their rules contribute to a freer trade.
Monopolies, dumping practices, corruption, exploitation or inhuman labor, unclear domestic rules and economic overprotection are causes that act against free trade.
