Information to be furnished by the parties
- The Parties shall furnish, through the Secretary-General, information
to the Commission on the working of this Convention in their territories
and, in particular:
(a) The text of laws and regulations promulgated in order to give
effect to the Convention;
(b) Particulars of cases of illicit traffic within their jurisdiction
which they consider important because of new trends disclosed, the
quantities involved, the sources from which the substances are obtained,
or the methods employed by persons so engaged.
- The Parties shall furnish such information in such a manner and
by such dates as the Commission may request.
